The Beach Bar And Restaurant - Swale

Had a lovely meal at the Beach today. Staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The range of meat for the carvery was as expected with a good vegetable choice overall standard of the food good. We will definitely go there again.

I have read some bad reviews about this pub,but we went for the sunday carvery and from the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and could not do enough for us.The rost carvery was great with a choice of four meats.great home made yorkshires and crispy potatoes..Pleanty of different veg and gravy and sauces..We really enjoyed are meal and judging how busy it was must be poular.We will be going back for more.Please try it and dont judge by the bad reviews.

Popped in here as the cafe was shut. Ended up having a full English too Staff were exceptionally friendly and made a fuss of my dog Monty. Food was excellent and even though I was alone did not feel uncomfortable. Would definitely return again if in the area

Never trust other opinions..... visited today for Sunday Roast, the meat selection.... don't select the turkey. Carrots were uncleaned just cut and cooked, but was still undercooked. Cauliflower was undercooked and no favour to the cheese. Cabbage was over steamed. Gravey was just water with a brown colour. Everyone has their own opinion but ours is don't bother go elsewhere.....

Have been couple of times for the carvery. Staff have always been welcoming. As you would expect for a carvery it is help yourself to the veg. Each time veg selection has differed. They serve you plenty of meat. My only critism is I felt potatoes were under cooked and not hot enough. If you asked my husband they were as he likes them. Will continue to visit for Sunday lunch
