Many things wrong at this location. For the most part I still come back since it’s the closer option at work, but today they had no drink machine working and refused to give a refund for the drink… even though you physically could not get a drink since their machine was out of service.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. We had to clean our own table. All the tables were dirty. Not much of a value. I could have gotten a better meal at the Border Cafe for the same money. I will not be going here again any time soon. The fountain drink area was a mess as well. I do not recommend going to this place.

This chipotle is the worst possible location I think in the north eastern area. The tables are always extremely dirty. Tried giving them a chance again got catering from the swampscott location and boy did I messs up over 30mins late for an order that was put in 2 days before. Crazy would hands down never go back.

Ingredients wrong, burrito badly wrapped and touching the bag, small portions, terrible!
