Costa Coffee - Swansea

I requested a coffee at 180degrees restaurant and was denied, twice. I will not be returning there. The other Costa Coffee locations in the area are much better and accommodating to my needs.

Ordered White hot chocolate large drink with flake and mashmallows Terrys chocolate, hot chocolate with mashmallows 2 x pigs n blanket toasted Non of the drinks came with the extra. The white chocolate drink tasted of warm milk. Pigs n blanket was nice When I called to let them know the staff member was really rude and interrupted me when I was trying to let them know of how disappointed we were. Very rude Was also told they didn’t have any flakes or mashmallow, unsure why it’s an option to select on just eat app?!? . Won’t be ordering from Costa again. Would rather pay extra for star bucks.

I wasn't impressed with the dip during my last visit, but I am willing to give the garlic one another chance. I always order pizza without pineapple, and thin crust is my favorite.

Awful service waiting times are a joke attitude on staff appalling staff look miserable I literally waited 30 mins in the drive thru for one coffee

Excellent staff very friendly One lady Shannon always polite makes a lovely latte always smiles this store is my most definitely favourite one
