Hardee's - Sweetwater

Worst place of business i have ever been too stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes with no one there but 1 car in the drive thru and they walked infront of us 4 to 5 times and never said a word to us!!! My money will spend anywhere!! Evidently Hardee's doesn't need business!!! By pass this establishment at all cost!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I have to say that it is atrocious that any manager/owner would leave a lone employee to run an entire place. This woman working here deserves so much better than to be left without ANY help! She is maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent services for the situation she has been left in.I can’t imagine the person responsible for this store would be able to do what she is doing. SHAME on this manager/owner for expecting, or letting, a single person run an entire store.

Overall my experience was good. I've enjoyed Hardee's for many years. I have no Hardee's location near me in PA, so whenever I see one, I have to go. I LOVE Hardee's. The food is always good. I have never been disappointed, UNTIL this time. My breakfast sandwich was good as a egg and cheese biscuit. HOWEVER, I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit. It was LOADED with egg and cheese, but only had about a teaspoon of onion, pepper and meat on one corner. It was the last bite. It was barely detectable. I know they were short staffed, but come on. It won't deter me from going there though, because I know they can do better.

The MOST unorganized Hardee's in the ENTIRE country....45mins on average order to pickup. A total circus!!
