Very good food, great laksa, more convenient since an office move than the Malay on Hunter Street. It is undoubtedly delicious but for me, there is just something about the Malay on Hunter Street that gives it that slight edge in terms of taste. That might just be the nostalgia talking though ;)
It says laksa king, you should believe it! I get here from time to time for lunch, and I am so happy to get away as quick as I want, having paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a tasty laksa. Try it!
Looks like very popular in lunch time. A lot business suite people line up waiting.Tried the wonton laksa. Ordered the spicy plus. Turned out still not spicy enough---a taste for white people. The laksa soup is ok, a lot coriander and dry shrimp tastes, Thai style more than Chinese's. Very disappointed the wontons were not hot, just a quick drop of icy wontons into the soup. Not cheap, when the next door is selling bacon egg roll with coffee for $5.50. Mine was $13 eat in.
The laksa is just ok for me because the soup is a bit watery for me and I expect it be a little bit creamy. It would be better if they have prawn paste with lime as side condiment to go with it. Well, that is just me. Overall, taste ok.
