Cancelled order for delivery. Have had reservations about ordering from this store before but this was the deal breaker
Food took well over an hour and a half to arrive. Restaurant claims it 's because they only have one delivery driver due to COVID, but I 'm fully convinced that they just forgot about my order and made a mad rush the second I called, because I watched the Menulog delivery notification swap from Received your order to On it 's way during the process of calling to cancel it. Pizza box was beaten to hell and back (it honestly looked like someone had sat on it), and the pizza inside wasn 't much better.Food was extremely oily. Taste was okay , but I wouldn 't say anything nicer about it than just okay . This wasn 't the first time I 've had this experience from Sam 's Midnight Pizza either. Would NEVER order from here again, and strongly recommend nobody else make my mistake.
