Feedback gevenI love this place. Haven and Andrew do a phenomenal job managing here. Both are very young but they keep this place running like a well oiled machine. This place gets crazy busy, and they handle it without a hitch. My orders in and out of store are always done well and done right. Any issue I have ever had was addressed promptly and professionally by Haven and Andrew. They make me feel valued every time I come in there. I honestly order from here at least once a week for my entire shop simply because of the job Haven does keeping the place running. If there are ever any issues behind the scenes you won't know it as a customer. Love this place, love the managers, employees and the food. Keep it up Haven and Andrew. Will be back over and over again. Thanks so much!
Don't waste your time with online orders during your lunch break. Put in order at 1145 and app said sub would not be ready until 1230. Used to be a 20 minute wait when store first opened. Moral of story just wait in line at store because you'll get served quicker.
We came in the other day and got a giant #13- the Original Italian. My boyfriend and I were able to split the sub in half, for less than $10 each. The whole process took about 5 minutes from start to finish. We came in around 6:30 pm on a weekday. They cut the meats right in front of us, it was cool to see. The sub was amazing. Very filling and high quality, in the bread, the meats, the cheese, and the toppings. The workers were super friendly and patient with us. It was a great experience and I would love to return.
They charged me $12.79 for a regular sized sub and a bag of chips. The price list in the store said $6.?? And the online price said $7.25. They Didn?t give me a receipt, so I couldn?t even try to find out what they charged me for? Won?t be going back any time soon.
Placed an order and payed online went to pick it up and nobody spoke to me they just stared I had to get in line to get someone to acknowledge my presence only to be told to go talk to the person at the register?who looked at me while I stood there for a moment and didn?t say a word. This was my first and last time coming here.
