Dunkin' - Syracuse

There was a homeless lady and the staff were amazing enough to feed her and let her stay while it snowed.

They have a maple sugar bacon sandwich that is sooo good! I discovered it at a different DD. I'm hooked. It's on a croissant roll with an egg and cheese. Just writing about this sandwich is making me hungry!! I think DD sandwiches are pricey, but thisone is worth it. You can get it with regular bacon, but it's not the same.

My chai latte was delicious as always, I would have given five stars, but I asked for whipped cream and it was forgotten other than that good visit

This evening I had to swing down to this Dunkin? because I promised my kid some munchkins. My 7 year old likes to give the order into the drive thru speaker. The young man on the other end played a long and gave her a few free munchkins in a plasticcup. He just took a few minutes out of his very busy day to make hers. I wish I had gotten his name to praise and thank himspecifically. Great store and great staff

I have a coffee at this dunking through the ride thru on Sunday 3/6/22. The service was very fast. My coffee was delicious.
