Feedback gevenI tried the Thai coconut lime chicken at this restaurant and it was delicious. The service was average and the ambiance was excellent. Despite the negative reviews I have seen, I believe the quality of the experience can vary depending on the time of day. I usually dine in or get takeout from here, and there have been a few occasions when the service was not up to par. The food can also sometimes taste like standard restaurant fare without any standout qualities (which is a bit disappointing considering the prices). Ultimately, I think it all comes down to the time of day or day of the week you visit.
I have visited this restaurant several times. The food is good, but I feel it is overpriced compared to other casual dining options. However, the cheesecake is a standout dish worth trying. The Mango and Lime/Lemon cheesecake is delicious and refreshing, as well as their original strawberry cheesecake. I did not enjoy the Hershey chocolate cheesecake as it was too heavy for my taste. The regular black coffee is average and expensive. Despite this, all of my visits have been positive experiences overall.
The restaurant staff is polite and pleasant. However, there may be long wait times, so it is advised to make reservations ahead of time. The complimentary bread service before the meal is a nice touch. They offer a great selection of alcoholic beverages. The portion sizes are generally good value, although the burger was on the smaller side. Avoid the cheesecake if you are watching your calorie intake, but if you are not, it is a must-try as it is incredibly delicious and unmatched in flavor.
First time here with my family. We went because of mom's birthday. She wanted to go here. We made reservations online. The time we went was at 11:30am when they first opened. The food was amazing. Everything there is home made and fresh. They don't useanything store bought and that were not lying especially when you take the first bite into your food. The food on the menu canbe a little pricey but it's worth it. We did not eat the cheesecake there but we did take it home because we were so full.Customer service was great as well. Very friendly staff. Our server answered all of questions and took care of us well. She alsobrought out a little birthday sundae out to my mom. With everything said I would definitely go back and recommend thisrestaurant hands down.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Usually we?re major fans of the plethora of food Cheesecake Factory offers, but this one night was maybe the worst dining experience I?ve had in my life. My waitress was aloof, not only botched our ordersand didn?t come to our table for 20 minutes after being seated. When she finally came back to us she didn?t apologize but ratherblamed the kitchen. This was a random Wednesday night at 7 pm. They were not packed or overwhelmed from what we could see. Ourfood decided to come out all at once, appetizers and entrees mostly cold and felt like it was just sitting under a heat lampforgotten. They didn?t include all the ingredients in our meals and we requested to speak with the manager. The manager Ryan, was abrasive, stand offish and did not want to accommodate for our terrible experience. After a 15 minute conversation hefinally tried to make amends but it wasn?t until we mentioned our cousin works at the Cheesecake Factory and we?ve been therenumerous times without issue. Sad to say it was a terrible experience I?m hopeful this was an anomaly
