Also got two pork tamales, and a Mango margarita. Thought I'd have leftovers. NOT! I ate both dishes, minus the garnishes and a bite or two for my hubby. The birria tacos were fantastic! The consomme really put that dish over the top. Thank you Adela's for a lovely dinner and drink for this tired RN!!
We love the wet burritos! Service is great and drinks are strong!!
I could cry. Used to be my favorite and absolute go to in Tacoma for Mexican food. It used to be the best. Came back recently post Covid to try things out. Was really worried about how things have changed since Covid, the Pozole was just as good as I remember it. The nachos on the other hand were kind of disgusting and I had a really upset stomach afterwards.
I don’t recommend buying their tamales, the pork tamales, the meat was in big chunks, and the sauce , it taste like enchilada sauce, in the tamales,, but their tacos were bomb. I just don’t recommend the tamales from there.
If you're tired of Mexican food by Cisco, this is the place you're looking for. The shredded beef on the nachos were amazingly flavorful. The house sauce had a nice little bite to it. The guacamole was out of this world. I'm pretty sure none of this came frozen in a bag. All of it tasted scratch made. Plus they have a bar!
