Jewel Box Cafe - Tacoma

Music was way too loud.Coffee was good.Grilled cheese sandwich was ok .Cute place.

I love the place—it's in a nice area with a great atmosphere and good service. The only thing I wish they'd fix is the internet service. I enjoy going there to study, but I haven't been able to lately because their internet has been down. Everything else is amazing.

Coffe here isn't what it used to be. I visited when they first opened and coffe was amazing. They now put it in some disposable paper cup. If I spend 12 dollars on a small coffee, I expect it to come in a glass. Besides that the food is good.

This place honestly has been going downhill for awhile, which sucks because it has a lot of potential and such a good vibe. Last few times ive been there its had barely any customers and staff sees you and doesnt even bother to say hi or take your order for a long time. The girl that finally took my order was super friendly at least. Plumbing was out, Water was still out (which it has been for well over a year now), and plumbing wasnt working. luckily that was being fixed.

Nice place to go get a cup of coffee.There is plenty of seating area or if you decide to go for a walk is really nice too.
