Burger King - Tadcaster

Food was nice and hot but the car park looks like it's never seen a brush or litter picker, the bins inside were all full. The gents toilet was untidy with tissue everywhere..they need more than three staff on...

Clean and tidy dining area with a fresh refurbished contemporary look. Dead quiet on a Sunday evening, yet efficient and friendly service from engaged young staff. Food was hot and tasty, but had the appearance of being reheated rather than made fresh. A pleasant enough stop on the road to York. Gents toilets out of order though.

My partner and I had a good experience here. The staff were very friendly in particular a young lad and two girls with red dyed hair. It's nice to know there are still genuinely kind people in the world.

On visiting Burger King, Tadcaster Services, we were disgusted to see filthy chairs, tables a filthy floor!!! My husband myself decided to order our lunch from Gregg 's as the staff looked very unclean to say the least, serving behind the counter in BK!!! The staff in Gregg 's were more than happy to make us a baguette/sandwich of our choice were cleaning around the BK dining area. We did ask The BK staff to clean our table etc. before we sat down but they were unwilling to do so, baring in mind they were extremely quiet at this particular time!!! The most horrible young man (who had previously changed the bin in the BK restaurant with no gloves on then went straight into the BK kitchen prepared food without washing his hands!!! came out from BK refused to clean anywhere even though he wasn 't doing anything!!! We believe his name to be David. He then proceeded to Gregg 's telling there staff that they should be cleaning the dining area??? Gregg 's staff were doing all the work already!!! There was a very helpful young man called Bradley who worked in Gregg 's who prepared our baguette/sandwich was clearing-up a lovely lady (unfortunately we didn 't get her name behind the counter in Gregg 's who both deserve a medal for putting up with the terrible way in which the BK staff treat them!!! We would recommend going to Gregg 's at Tadcaster Services but definitely avoid BK!!!

Staff are lovely, but could do with the tables and floors being cleaned. The toilets are vile, but they aren't the responsibility of Burger King or the other shops. Major let down is their isn't any baby change facilities even though it is advertised
