Ten years ago, this review would 've been much more positive but time has not been kind to this establishment. Potato pancakes were extremely dense--mostly flour and thickening agents. Bears no resemblance to the classic latke that most people are familiar with. Rugelach was dry with very little flavor. The bowl of chicken soup was undersized and, and again, lacked flavor. The kreplach was more like a wonton--thin wrap with a minute amount of meat filling. The service was great--staff was friendly and attentive which spared Rein 's a two star review. Katz 's in Woodbridge is a much better deli choice in CT.
Very good for breakfast, lunch or anytime between. The menu is extensive and service is great.
It was a Great lean Ruben...get the large one. Always consistently excellent food and service.
Grabbed take out in route to The Cape. Excellent pastrami and black and white cookie. Will return for sure
