Taco Bell - Talladega

The training is very bad with this crew. I’m not sure if the young girl thought I couldn’t see her but scraping it into the trash does not remove melted cheese. I shouldn’t have to return 3 times because my order was wrong. After showing them the receipt of what I ordered the first time I returned to the counter it was still completely wrong. They gave me beef instead of chicken they added cheese instead of no cheese like I requested. Then there was no lettuce or tomato. They left off the flamin hot chip which I paid extra for. I don’t understand why the company has not checked in on this crew yet. The “I don’t care” attitude was overwhelming. I learned my lesson Taco Bell has nothing for me.

Talladega Taco Bell was great when it opened, but now it's no so great. The AM lady to take my order never can hear me and always has a bad attitude. When I go in the afternoon and get anything with beef, there is so much grease dripping off of it I don't even want to eat it. When you ask them to fix the order, they look at you mad and they have a terrible attitude. The hashbrowns can be good, but they are either too greasy or hard as a rock. Every time I order in drive thru they ask me to pull around to the front every time. No matter if I just order a drink or a taco. Pull around.

On September 2nd 2023 we pulled in the drive thru at 9:55 pm behind a car that was already at the speaker. We left at 10:27 pm and chose to go somewhere else because the car that was in from of us had not even been asked to order yet. We had tried to call 3 times to find out if anyone was working the drive thru with no answer. As we left we seen the drive thru worker proper up at the window on her phone. She had bright red dyed hair.. I love Taco Bell but I do not know if I will visit this location again after sitting in line for 30 minutes without the first attempt at customer service.....

We ordered and they asked us to pull in front, so we pulled in the parking spots IN FRONT, when she brought our food she said in a hateful disrespectful tone when I said in front I meant in front of the door so park there next time. Then on top of that the food tasted old. We had crunchwrap Supremes and they were horrible!!! They were stale. We won't be back to this Taco Bell!!!

Terrible customer service. Nasty food. Bad attitudes. Ordered breakfast at 945 and was told we ain't making no more breakfast. All the employees should just quit they just make this town a worse place to live. Not to mention Everytime someone goes there they get to visit the handicap parking to wait because they can't make fast food fast enough
