Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Tampa

Ok, so, I work a lot, money is tight, I dont get out much, time is never on my side. Im a mom, and was unprepared last night for an unexpected visitor at dinner time. So I have a hungry guest, hungry kid and a hungry me. Not enough food prepared for the unexpected nor enough time, had a rough couple of weeks work wise and for sanitys sake I take us out. It was impulsive and out of character. Im not in the mood for fast food I want to be some where other then home. Give my son a positive experience, have good food, and not break the bank since fancy that I get to pay. Cool I know just the place! We get in, get seated, it wasnt overly busy when we first got there. Turns out we go on trivia night. Totally not expecting this but sure why not let's play while we eat. We play to have fun and not be serious. Why so serious? And Mr Trivia Man even took song requests! Huzzah Ive got some fun ones! Regardless lets Cut loose maybe learn a thing or two You know... or something to get us talking rather then stuffing my face with delicious burger. Side note I havent had a burger in a while and it was amazing! It was actually too big to fit into my mouth! So... that was a thing. Place gets busier. But staff are absolutely wonderful and are on top of it and still providing great service. Im sure it was a calm surface and appearance but a whirl wind behind the scenes as a party of like 16 show up outta no where. But sadly my little was turning into a monster pumkin and it was time for us to go. We had a great time with good food, just an overall much needed break and fun experience. Thank you!.

First, I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I'm not coming back. Rude Personal, noisy guy screams through loudspeakers so it's impossible to think waitress tells me that I don't allow to get a refill of sweet tea. So I have my own refill. They're not coming to the tables. They also spilled the sauce of my son over his meal. A woman was very nice and let me have lids for a box. The other waitresses were nothing but ruin all the time.

We had a great experience here late to eat a night with my family. Our waitress was very attentive to all our needs. She was friendly and quickly brought us our stuff when she was ordered while she also served a few other tables. Excellent work. Our food was delicious. We all ate every last bite of our meals. When she came by to pick up our dishes after dinner, she mentioned that our bill was already paid by an earlier customer. Our family reminded her of her. So we ordered chips n salsa to go the waitress with what we had spent on our dinner because she did so well with her job.

Customer service is a long lost art and there is a reason why I haven't been on beef since before COVID. the restaurant called tonight to make an order because I wanted to pay money, otherwise I would have just ordered online. Who answered the phone, let me hold for a hair over 15 minutes, never came back to confirm a call to stop. I don't care how busy you are, there's always time to get at least the hostess or a manager to take the call. As everyone knows, 15 minutes is an eternity. Guess this is only the norm today, and beef is just another restaurant that I will give up.
