Feedback gevenI’ve never had an issue with this location at all. Normally it’s my preferred location. Today I walked in and what I believe was the manager was sitting down eating. The employees looked as if they were hostages scared to speak. I began my order and the manager loudly spoke across the room questions to ask (what size) (did I want gravy) etc. I understand because she seemed new but it was unprofessional of her to tell it across the room and not stand next to her to help guide her.The cook in the back was frozen just looking left and right like he didn’t want to say the wrong thing. The girl at the register stood there waiting for me to come down and like she didn’t want to speak out of turn. I looked over and saw a typed paragraph basically saying no phones behind the counter. If anyone is caught with there phone will be sent home. Which I get because some people get distracted and don’t do there jobs properly,but don’t put that we’re guests can see. After all of that military discipline that I witnessed, opened my food and my potatoes were bad. Had a terrible smell like they might have been made like two weeks ago and was reheated multiple times. Hopefully this can be fixed for people who go there regularly but not sure that I would want to.
Haven't had Boston Market in forever. Wanted some so bad. So I go there. And order a half chicken with Mac and cheese creamed spinach. The chicken was dry the Mac and cheese was so funny it was like soap. The corn bread was hard and not warm. Worst experience I have ever had at a Boston Market.Parking: There were no cars so easy parking.
I’ve been coming to this Boston Market location for years and haven’t had any issues until now. The employees had no clue what they were doing and tried to charge me extra for my meal. The kids meal allows for macaroni and cheese OR different meat options for the entree. When I asked for macaroni and cheese as the entree they said that’s not possible and that it HAS to be meat even though the menu clearly states otherwise. One of the employees said I could get macaroni and cheese if I got the sampler meal. She even told me that the sampler meal would be less expensive than the kids meal which is not true. She also charged me for a piece of pie that I never ordered. I did not appreciate the attitude from the lady supervisor. I won’t be back until there is a new staff which at this rate will likely be in a few weeks.
After ordering on door dash and having the worst experience ever with another location. I went in to pick up dinner very close to closing time and the entire staff was awesome and more than accommodating! Especially with the shortage of chicken they’ve had lately. I got meatloaf and Turkey and everything was hot and fresh and packaged up with a smile. Will be back to see those friendly faces soon!Thanks guys
Food is healthier than other places. Cooked well and tasty! Sign up there are great coupons often.
