La Rancherita Grill Tequila - Tarboro

We love La Rancherita, it's our favorite Tarboro restaurant. Today we were disappointed to learn that there is now a significant upcharge for extra chips, but it wasn't too big a deal because there are only 2 of us and we don't eat that many chips anyway. The main problem, which we've noticed a few times, is that the music is SO loud. We've always tolerated it, but today it was so loud that we could barely hear one another talk. We asked for it to be turned down, but were told that manager has no access ?? to the office where the volume is located. I'm very disappointed, and we will likely choose a different, quieter atmosphere for dining next time.

Decided to try this place in Tarboro NC. But to my surprise they were closed due to not having a complete staff. So we had to drive to Greenville NC. To eat at that location. Reviews on that Location.

Would not recommend due to the manager not caring about the customers and being plan rude if you make a complaint.

Great food and drinks. The customer service is really good.
