I always assess Thai food on the quality of its massamun beef nothing worse than the wrong cut of beef and it’s dry, or the curry is watery or flavourless … but this one truly is SENSATIONAL!! I was amazed !! So unexpected in a little place like Taree ! Probably the best I have had including Sydney and Melbourne thai restaurants!! Slow cooked, tender, melt in your mouth chunks of beef and such a rich flavour ! and so affordable ! Definitely making this a regular when in the area !!
Quiet and quaint little diner with good food at reasonable prices I rate it! The satay chicken skewers were a bit on the dry side and a bit chewy but not bad. The massman curry beef was really nice. The beef was slow cooked and quite soft. Taste of the massaman curry was delicious. Peanuts on top was a nice touch. The bowl of jasmine rice was a really nice portion. All in all very good!
