Feedback gevenSo the manager Tasha is fantastic. It was a Friday and their systems were down again. They said 10 to 15 minutes, it should be back up but the hardworking kid was nice because I was trapped in and forced to wait. When I got to the window I expressed my unhappiness. He wrote down my order and said he would bring it to me in the parking lot. Tasha came out w our food and apologized 1000 times over and gave it to us for free. She also was very caring towards her employees and it's this kind of amazing customer service that is needed today.
