Tecopa Bistro

I live in Las Vegas on the way back from Pahrump, I saw the shield Tecopa Road and decided to visit. I stopped at the Bistro restaurant and ate THE BEST HAMBURGER IN THE WORLD. Perez was the host, chef and server... really cool. Trust me... You will never taste a burger like this... its cooking secrets outside and keeps the center perfectly tender.

I always return for her delicious breakfasts. I've been back countless times.

Chef Chris is fantastic! Every meal I had was fresh and expertly prepared, taking my food restrictions into account. He even taught me how to make eggs!

Exceptional handcrafted dishes and delightful desserts! Tecopa is a quaint little town, just off the highway, yet it feels like a world apart from everything else nearby. The owner also runs the Tecopa Hot Springs Resort and Campground, making a visit here incomplete without enjoying a relaxing soak in the hot springs. Highly recommended!

I love this place. The food is great with ample portions.
