Baskin-robbins - Tempe

This has always been our favorite Baskin-Robbins, at least until the world started to change last year. Since then, I've only visited a couple of times, fully masked and eager to leave as soon as possible. Each time, I grabbed some prepacked quarts to create our ultimate sundaes at home. As of May 2021, they still don't offer dine-in options, likely due to the small size of the location. Nonetheless, it is quite clean, and they seem to have a complete menu along with a fully stocked fridge. This visit, we noticed the Strawberry Cheesecake quarts, which we hadn't tried before, and they now use all-natural flavors—what a pleasant surprise! The service was outstanding; the friendly manager packaged my quarts in a paper bag and was very patient while I searched for the right expired coupons. We're eagerly anticipating the day when everything reopens fully, with herd immunity in place and world peace established. Then, we can savor their famous banana splits and watch everyone else make their sweet decisions!

The owner of this restaurant is named Leei, and unfortunately, my experience with her was quite negative. When I encountered an issue with an order I placed, she was very rude during our phone conversation, which was particularly unprofessional given that my 9-year-old son was present. She was unwilling to acknowledge that the mistake could have been on her end. The cake I ordered was not the one that was made; it was the cake my son had specifically chosen for his birthday. What upset me most was that this incident happened in front of my son on his special day, and he didn't get the cake he wanted.

Baskin Robbins is not a great choice for ice cream. The scoops are quite small, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Ordered the di sundae kit online, picked up in the store. they almost forgot the whip cream, I remember. I would have doubled the rest of the order, as they forgot to include, spoon, serviettes and the crunches. the staff was friendly, nice, welcomed all as they in, business is super clean, not too busy.

I went to this place tonight and received the best customer service of the two young men who were in service! my son had his soccer practice all over the street at mcclintock high, and I wanted an ice cream to enjoy while watching the practice. it's hot, 109, I didn't want it to melt. they informed me that they had no plastic bags, but offered to double my ice and pack ice in saran wrap and put it in the bag. what exactly they did! and guess I came back to the field of practice, took my ice out and it wasn't a bit melted! all thanks to the extremely pleasant, helpful and over and over service of the two young men who work tonight. (approximately 18:30 o'clock tonight) many thanks!
