Feedback gevenI had never visited Potbelly's before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great vibes when I walked in. I accidentally dropped half of my sandwich, and the staff kindly made me a new one at no additional cost. The people there were super nice, and the Italian sandwich I had was delicious. A lovely lady helped me out and assured me it was no problem. It made my day! I will definitely be returning again.
I made a mobile order 2/29/24 at noon with an estimated pick up for 12:13. I ordered just a soup and a Mac and cheese. I didn’t get my order until 12:39, well past my lunch break. I think they only had one person handling mobile orders, which reflects badly on management, but the employees were avoidant when you tried to ask about the eta. I saw around 12 people that were to the side waiting and annoyed regarding their order, and there were a few I saw who waited a long time, got there order and had to walk back in because it was the incorrect food in their bag. Very poorly ran place that I blame mostly on management and lack of training. I had such a small order that didn’t really have to be made, just packaged why couldn’t that get done while the worker was waiting for the others getting made?
The sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately, the staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. The management needs to provide training on customer service to improve the overall experience.
I came to try for the second time a sandwich from you guys, I had a rude employee who was trying to rush me and my spouse and had a really bad attitude so we left as soon as we felt uncomfortable. You guys need to find employees that are patient and have a better attitude not coming back.
Loved how much this felt like authentic Arizona. Potbelly is a chain but they did a great job of giving such a great AZ vibe. And potbelly is great wherever you go! Big fan!! I will be back!
