Feedback gevenWaited 30 mins to find out they gave my food to the wrong person..Then when they remade my shakes they were melted.. Had to ask them to remake them. Then, after they remade them, they were still melted. Then I asked him can they flip the ice cream over to see if it still and they didn’t want to. I was trying to let them know in Nice way.. My ice cream was melted.. For the second time around. Then they forgot to give me my onion rings. It was just one thing after another didn’t realize it was gonna take 45 minutes at Dairy Queen. Just for them to forget my earrings and two melted shakes.. A bad experience, and on top of that they had gave my food to the wrong person.
I ordered a popcorn shrimp basket that was 7.99 but I wanted onion rings instead of fries. The woman at the register who was the manager or supervisor was rude and not customer friendly. She will definitely drive your customers away startnd with me. She told me it would be extra to change it to onion rings, so she put the price at 10.59, then right under that charge it said, onion rings .89 extra, so I am at about 3.00 extra now. It was a takeout and when I got home and opened the box, fries, no onion rings. She was probably laughing, yes she got another one . Would not be surprised if she put the extra 4.00 in her pocket. Will not ever go to that Dairy Queen again. I will spread the word that this store on 56th St. In Tampa is out to rip off the customers that have to deal with this woman. This happened at 10:45 a.m.on Wednesday, March 13th. She is probably pocketing slot of extra cash at the expense of the chain owner.
We have been here previously and we had fantastic service. This last trip the lady at the window was clueless. She asked about our order five times which was only two items. We waited over 45 min for our order. And they handed our order to the wrong person. Line wrapped around the building not because of a rush but bc of incompetent service. The window attendant may have been on drugs as even when we ordered she forgot us at the speaker. We will go somewhere else in future for our late night sweet treats as 45min for two mini blizzards isnt worth it. Our blizzard came out melted.
They don’t don’t seem like they care about there job, They completely messed up my order, I order a number one burger only with lettuce and tomatoes only and recieved the complete
For all the years I have ordered a Blizzard from this location, this time was the worst I received. I ordered a medium Caramel Fudge Cheesecake. It took a longer than usual time to receive it appearwd to be empty from what I could see from the drive thru.It seemed that they forgot about it. The associate brought it out, barely tipped it over and the blizzard wad already dripping down the cup.I had to ask for some napkins and straw as the spoon was useless. I needed to be on my way and called the store to speak with the manager.There were exactly 3 pieces of so called cheesecake in it. Travis put my name in some complaint book for the next time I go back.
