Costa Coffee - Thanet

Place filthy!!! Tables not cleared or cleaned between customers despite covid. Floor messy and dirty. Staff concentrating on drive thru rather than inside. Coffee weak, not enough coffee beans used. Won't be going back even though it's local. Appalling! !

The three of us stopped off for a drink in between shopping. Two Cortados,and a pot of tea. All was good,fast friendly service and tasty drinks.

My favourite part of shopping here is visiting Costa. three of us had two Cortado coffees,a cup of tea,and a muffin. Came to less than £10,service and quality was good,seating comfy.

I am a regular visitor of this place. I'm very disappointed this time. Ordered a large skinny hot chocolate with a shot of hazel nut praline. Was told I could only had medium not a large. No problem however when i did get it, each mouthful had lumps in it.. its normally smooth. When I got home I literally sieved a load of jelly like lumps out of my drink. It pit me off drinking my practically full drink. Will never be going back again.

Two Cortado Coffees enjoyed outside on comfy chairs. It was great until the rain came,then we moved under the awning,so my friend could carry on smoking. Coffee was good,and at £4.50 for two was reasonable value for the area.
