Costa Coffee Cliftonville - Thanet

Poor customer service with the increase in just eat and takeaway orders. Had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee when I was the only one in the queue.

This is a spacious Costas and you don’t have to sit near anyone and hear what they are saying . The staff are always friendly . The coffee ,drinks and food are good..

This costa is my favourite in the area, I always find the staff friendly and accommodating, the seating area is large and anonymous with comfy sofas- great for reading a book or chatting with friends. There’s also a communal table if you come alone/want to chat, which I think is great.

Nice coffee,tea and cake this lunchtime. One of the better coffee houses in Thanet,with good staff,service and comfy chairs to sit. Coffee and cake were delicious,will be back.

This costa is picking up now, the coffee is great and it is always clean. I think they have new staff which are very polite and if there is something wrong with your coffee they will change it for you without attitude!
