Feedback gevenLove the improvement! Food staff are great. New menu that has a lot of great items. They also take call ahead orders which is great. Their club sandwich and blue crab dip are amazing. My husband and I love the convenience.
We had heard good things about the restaurant and decided to try it out. Was pretty empty when we got there, but the service was ungodly slow. Took 10 to 15 minutes to get a glass of wine, 10 more for a refill.I also had to get my wine glass replaced as there was lipstick remnants on it, and to make matters worse, when my wife ordered coffee her coffee mug had lipstick on it as well!Our finished dishes sat there for a nice long time before they finally cleared them out, which was when they brought dessert (and not for the 15 minutes prior to this when they were just sitting there on the table… .Lastly, when they brought my cheesecake out, there was a clear thumbprint on the top!!! Clearly, the staff there could use some training in hygiene practices for utensils etc., this was gross. Happy to say that the second piece of cheesecake they brought out did not have any fingerprints on it, wow…The place was nice and a beautiful view out the back window was also a plus, but the staff were just badly trained and extremely slow. Food was good but not great, but still it would be a nice place to visit if they could get their staff situation sorted out, teach them safe food handling practices and get their glasses cleaned correctly.(again, the place was pretty much deserted, so no partial credit for busy working conditions here
