Mcdonald's - the Creek in Stoney Creek

I work for a food courier service and I can't tell you how awful this place is when it comes to acknowledging you as a driver!! No one says nothing to you at all, doesn't even ACKNOWLEDGE YOU like your not even there!! I waited 25 min before they decided to finish an order and yell the order . I hate to say it but it is so extremely disorganized I saw people waiting in line and the worker walk away from the cash register for no reason in the middle of people ordering !!! Terrible terrible experience !! Cost me now my time and money that I loose out on as there is a specific TIME they are to be completed by!! Need to look into a new manager someone who knows how to designate jobs and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 1!!!!???

This has gotta be the fifth or sixth time ordering skipthedishes from this location where I buy myself and my son chicken nuggets and neither of us get our sauces. Not only am I angry, but now I have a toddler who refuses to eat his nuggets without any dip. I'm tired of requesting refunds, just please get more detail oriented staff or start overseeing deliveries. I promise you that this location will lose money if they keep being reliably bad like they've been.

Just want to say thanks for taking care of my really big order for my daughters birthday. It was really nice that you helped me bring all the bags and drinks to my car. Really appreciate it.

In a hurry?? Don't go to this one, 25 minutes later, for a sausage mcmuffin and hash brown, which btw, I gave up on ever getting.Have you seen the staff in there? They stare at each other like they don't understand English, which, I am sure they don't.Food delivery services take obvious precedent over drive through and in person.The manager was too frazzled to even try to be polite.Come on McDonald's, pay attention, this place is going down the toilet faster than diarrhea
