Neighbour Shawarma

I was waiting 25 minutes for a small shawarma poutine, when other people were getting served, and when I asked when will my food be ready told me in 5 minutes and took another 10

I drove an hour out of my way to check out this shwarma place based on a recommendation (i absolutely adore shwarma) and can honestly say it was worth it.Large portions, reasonable pricing (not the cheapest or most expensive), the meat was well seasoned, their in store made hot sauce has a great flavor, and the pita bread they also make in store is a great touch. The only thing that would have made it better is an option for mix shwarma (they only have chicken), but still, great place

Upper Ottawa location is a Very poorly managed takeout restaurant, never answer there phone, unless it’s to pick it up and slam it down… Can only imagines how much buisness/ customers they turn away on a dailyRymal road location i have nothing but good expierences!

Decent portion size. Reasonably priced. Tasty lamb. Chicken is average. Can involve 5 to 15 min wait times when busy.

The customer service is just ignorant.Constantly forget to give me the extra pita I pay for.Twice now I bought a salad and noticed it tasted bitter..again and as I'm sitting in my car infront of the restaurant I see through the window one of the employees is spraying windex on the glass right near were the veggies are and theres no cover on them. I stopped eating my salad right then. Now I understand why my salad was bitter. And I've been throwing up.
