I placed a catering order to be delivered today and it never arrived. I called the number over 10 times and was hung up on because the voicemail was full. This is extremely frustrating because I always recommend your company and have nothing but good thing to say about it, until now.

This is extremely frustrating because I always recommend this company and have nothing but good thing to say about it, until now. This needs to be rectified immediately. Our luncheon was completely ruined because of this order.

Firstly, the packaging. Could not stop humming the line from My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music ...brown paper packages tied up with strings... . Delightful packaging. Secondly, the food. After lunch, staff shared how much they liked their food. One person was so impressed with her salad, we talked at length about lettuces! Thirdly, the people. The two people I spoke with on the phone, the person who delivered all were so kind. I placed a last minute order, and true to your word, we got it two hours later. The receipt was sent electronically. When it bounced back undelivered, someone called me and we were on the phone until I received a copy. Above and beyond expectation!

Saul was awesome! Casas catered our wedding and the whole experience was perfect.
