I came to grab a quick drink and apparently they can close early when they're ready to go. The 3 employees sat around socializing instead of serving customers the last 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable.

When I expressed that I’m dissatisfied with the drink not once but twice the worker gets an attitude. I was given a smoothie that wasn’t blended correctly. She blamed it on the coconut milk. The ice was still in chunks. I simply ordered a strawberry coconut smoothie no coconut milk the powder. I was given the milk anyway.

My son asked the female at cashier if they had a drink with caramel flavor. Her response- This is not Starbucks! My son remained quiet and proceeded to ordering a drink. I approached him to comment on her disgusting customer service!
