I told the girl what I want and this is not my first time to order ., I ask to write happy Father’s Day in blue colour,, I send my daughter to pick the cane and look what I get ,, so ugly.. totally different what I told her ..

19.00 for ice cream for 2 people is getting out of my budget.

Clean store and decent service. They did not mix up the ice cream like the ones in other Marble slab stores. Ice Cream was fresh

My family got some icecream and it tasted like heavy milk and the staff don't have any knowledge and NO experience on how to scoop and mix the icecream I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Literally just left this place. The only worker who is like a young Hispanic chick, NEVER greeted or spoke a word to us. Her energy was negative from the START of the interaction. It was so bad she that we ended up leaving. I refused to let my hubby spend our hard earn money at a place that didn’t acknowledge us. Even her body language was negative. Rolling her eyes, waking away from me when I told her my daughter don’t need to taste the coffee sample. I will never go back to this location. Very poor customer service
