Just left this location at 7:30pm where I tried to get some dinner only to have the guy taking the order to tell me they can’t make any more shrimp and asked before I continued what sides do I want for 3 plates because they might not have enough and can’t cook anymore…

Rice is not cooked. I've been here a few times, hoping It got better, but nope vegetables are also undercooked. Staff full of mutes lack communication skills.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!! I REPEAT CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT . THESE MF ARE RUDE

For fast food Chinese food, it's not bad. It's not great, but not bad is acceptable for the price you pay. The service was very nice. Struggled with my order but the worker didn't get annoyed and was very helpful in helping me navigate the menu. They forgot an order of crab puffs, but to be fair, I was kind of all over the map. All in all I would return. Wouldn't be my.first choice, but far from my last.

The food is always decent but the service is never delivered without a lot of sass! Grumpy unhappy employees does not warrant a 1 star review but this place could certainly use some upgrades in the customer service department.
