Old College Inn - The Vale of Glamorgan

Absolutely recommend 100% have not been here in years. Heard few bad reports but since coming here today (3 adults myself, hubby and dad) will definitely be back. Service was brilliant, food was great and they all worked as a team. The lady behind the bar I got talking to had only taken over last few weeks and it was busy which was great to see. Definitely will go back Paula Don Nelson

Popped in for a pint after shopping at 5.45pm on 16th April. The bar was busy with funeral guests so I waited patiently. When it was my turn 2 regulars arrived separately at the bar(the lady new what they were drinking before they asked) and in turn both got served before me. I left the pub and will never return. Its not just a pint the pub have lost as we used to use the pub for family meals. Well that won't be happening again.

Nice food and reasonable prices. Plenty of choice. We had vouchers for discount also . Lovely staff. Clean. We Will return.

We went there for a family meal. The staff behind the bar are lovely. Its a lovely big pub and the pub quiz was very entertaining . The food is abysmal. It made Wetherspoons look like The Ivy. Although Wetherspoons is much cheaper. Tasteless microwaved lasagne. They couldn't even get the nachos right or the pulled pork bowl which looked like cat food . People who had steak said theirs was ok . Curry arrived without any sides, curry was cold and we asked two servers for the sides but they never arrived, third attempt to get them resulted in the lovely lady apologising and refunding the meal. I cant believe how bad this place is. I eat regularly in another Marston's pub and the food is great.
