Swagat "The Welcome" - Thomastown

I visited this restaurant for an event and was impressed by the delicious food, excellent service, and beautiful atmosphere. I was especially amazed by their top-notch customer service. This place is definitely a must-visit for a younger crowd.

This restaurant is truly terrible. The food was not fresh, the yogurt was spoiled, and there was an excessive amount of artificial sweetener. I will never dine here again.

My wife and I had a couple of times a farewell from swagat. the first time we could wait our food after 30 minutes. the quality of food is only on average the second time, last Sunday, we went to pick up. our take away and after waiting for 40 minutes, I went to one of the workers who asked about eating. I was told that my food was 5 minutes away, so I waited 20 minutes more. No one came to me to keep me running. after more than an hour, I just went without notice. I never go back to swagat. terrible service!

Swagat is a great Indian restaurant that is well-suited for large group reservations. It seems to be a popular choice among the local Indian community, which indicates that they are doing things right. I will definitely be returning here.

Restaurant was not even a quarter full and took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. If you're super hungry don't come here. The food is impressive but they are so extremely slow. (sigh)
