Every time I go here they always turn everyone away because there is one person working with a million online orders, so they refuse walk in customers.

The female worker this afternoon needs to be in another field of work, customer service was disappointing

Went to order food at 10:50 and as I'm pulling up a young man takes off sprinting towards the door to lock the door so he doesn't have to take anymore orders.Terrible service

When I was there one of the workers named Felix was very rude he rushed me to order and had a we nasty attitude he made my sandwich sloppy he threw my sandwich at me and he called me a certain word and as a person of color I took offense and my friend Oscar was there to see the whole

This is the second time in a row within a time span of two weeks that I have made an order ahead of time online using their Subway app and I get there well after the time that the app stated my orders were ready and the people working there have not even started making my order! What is the point of making an order using the app ahead of time just to get there and have to wait over 15 minutes just to get two subs?!? This place has incompetent staff and horrible customer service.
