Guess they are really desperate for the extra money.. I will NEVER go back there again.. By the way Corporate wascalled and they never tried to fix the problem)
The Manager that works here needs training. She's a disgrace. We order 4 meals . My son which is 11 ordered a burger ???? after taking two bites his nose and mouth started ????. They had put Spicy sauce in his meal. Upon bringing the Manager attention Sherefuse to replace his meal. The young lady that took our order was very helpful. After she realized what was happening Shedecided to pay for the buger with her own money. That is when she returned to the front and was very rude and loud. I leftthey with my stomach so upset that when I went home I was throwing up. She's disgusting and needs training
When I got home, the food was terrible; the fries were stale. Additionally, the music coming from the kitchen was not suitable for a dining environment. I won't be returning to this location. I consider myself easy to please, but I'm truly shocked at how much this place has declined.
This was my first visit to this location. The cashier wasn't very friendly or helpful when I mentioned that I had placed my order through the app and wanted to confirm that everything was correct. The chicken fingers were undercooked, but the fries and toast were hot and fresh.
The food is decent if you manage to get the right order. Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. My mom has a stutter, and she struggled a bit while ordering, having to repeat herself several times. When she asked for "that Dr Pepper with no ice, please," the employee snapped back, "I heard you." It was really disappointing; my mom was already having a hard time, and that response was unnecessary. I understand that working in fast food can be tough, but we were completely polite throughout the experience. My mom even apologized for having to repeat herself, which she shouldn't have had to do, and the employee ignored her and slammed the door.
