NORTH - Thornhill

I recently visited North and had an amazing experience that I just have to share. I had tried Persian food before, but this experience was on a whole different level. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly unique. I truly felt like I was transported to another country. But what impressed me the most was the exceptional service. Our server, Arsham, was attentive, friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed. He also accommodated my friends' allergies, making sure their meals were safe for them to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I highly recommend North to anyone looking for great food in a welcoming and professional setting.

Shomal offers some of the best Persian cuisine in the city. I tried the kabab Torsh and it was amazing. The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and they make fresh bread. I highly recommend dining here.

Each type of kabob had a unique and strong flavour. Much different from typical Persian restaurants, in a very good way. Everything was delicious and the environment was quite nice, interior is decorated like the north of Iran. The service could be improved but still excellent.

My dining companion chose the Chicken Breast Kabab, which was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. I opted for the Beef Koobideh Kabab, made with seasoned ground beef. It was a bit salty, but still delicious. Both dishes were generous portions, so we took our leftovers to go. The service was friendly and efficient, and we appreciated a visit from the supervisor before ordering, offering assistance if needed. It's nice when management takes the time to check on tables.

Amazing food, great portions and reasonable prices.. The atmosphere decore is also very nice. Are there for the first time last night and will be going back sometime soon!
