So surprised to find my beloved daun ubi tumbuk here with a bunch of other favourites... rendang, eggplant, etc... combination meal with rice only $6.50. Gave extra sauce when I requested it – overall v. impressed! Sambal also pretty good!
I always like to order the rice combination. Their eggplant dish with red sauce is very recommended. A couple of times ordering ketoprak can be ages to wait. Their food is delicious but when have to wait for at least 15 mins it can be annoying. Price wise is very affordable reasonable. Always enjoy their food.
I have never expected real 'Indonesian taste ' when I go to any Indonesian restaurant oversea, but surprisingly Iga penyet that I ordered tasted pretty nice. The sambal is spicy althou the meat a bit overcooked, but still tasted Indonesian
I'll come back to this stall again and again because I am addicted to them. Although they dish out the same few dishes for their economy meals, it was always good. For me, their beef rendang is the juiciest in town and at a cheap price too!! Cassava leaf and eggplant is good too.
