Seymour's - Ticonderoga

Great meal, everyone had something else and everything where impressed. beautiful environment, will be amazing in view in summer and autumn. the personal has even made accommodation for our own cake. we're coming back.

The varied menu is great for a family of diverse eaters. Everything is prepared well with fine ingredients. Service is always just the right amount of attentiveness. The bar and dining room are elegant and not over the top Adirondacky. Seymour’s is easily the best restaurant north of Bolton, highly recommended.

It's not often you get to eat outside in November in upstate NY but a freakishly warm day meant the porch was open and we got to enjoy a gorgeous sunset outside with a summer-like breeze floating over us. The cheeseburger dip starter is a must have every time. The harvest salad could have used a touch more dressing on the greens, but otherwise is a perfect combination of flavors. My husband said his meatballs tasted more homemade than those at his favorite Italian place, and my best friend's flatbread pizza was delicious and large enough to share and still take some home.

The food and overall experience was positive. It took a very long time to receive our meal and it would have been nice if the waitress checked in with us to give us an update! I also would think the hostess could be a little more upbeat and enthusiastic! She has the ability to set the tone for your resturant
