The staff was very friendly and the service was fast, but our hot and ready pizza was extremely dry, and the crazy bread had very little garlic/parm butter on them and they very dry and bland.

Very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back to the Tillsonburg location until there is better staff who can cook properly .I literally watched the staff huff n puff as me and my son pulled up to go in an order pizza, then the girl who took our order kept huffing and puffing when I’d order something I literally ordered 3 things, then just making completely rude noises as well, then practically threw the debit machine at us to pay! We waited for our food to be finished the pizza was sloppy , the Italian cheese bread wasn’t cut nor cooked the cinnamon bread stuff we got also was not cooked…I feel like if people r this miserable with working with the public to the point they will not make the food properly they should not work in that type of environment !I’m not one to complain but that customer service was horrid! They definitely need better staff!

The Tillsonburg Little Caesars specifically is horrible. The food is thrown together and cut horribly. The service is bad, and how does the store run out of their signature sauce at 5 pm. on a Saturday... Also, why have a quick pickup online Portal service that doesn 't even work... I have been to at least 3 other Little Caesars locations, and this is the only one poorly managed like this...

Refused to make change for a twenty dollar bill. This store has been run into the ground over the last three years. Terrible service. This is the last time I’ll be a patron here.
