Dunkin' - Tinton Falls

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating. I received two complimentary drinks from a woman after my order was mixed up.

Everyone on staff here is so kind, and my coffee is made exactly how I like each time!! I come everyday and pass 2 other Dunkin's that are closer because this one is the best.

The coffee is absolutely great here and they clean the inside well

This is ridiculous. I understand that many places are short-staffed right now, but it's unacceptable to allow people to place orders through the app as walk-ins and then lock the door on them. They even charged us before closing the door. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's unbelievable that they close the door at 3:30 when the sign clearly states they close at 4pm. Do any of the employees know how to tell time? It seems not.

Despite being unusually slow that day, they still deserve 5 stars for their consistently great customer service, accurate and timely order fulfillment. There's a reason they are so popular!
