Nice place to visit. Less crowded when compare to perumalpuram branch. The place to have relaxation with beverages and snacks. Their samosa and othere chat times were good. The falooda tastes good but need to improve in terms of quality. Most of the sweets, savouries, bakery items are good. Best for dining with family in a decent ambience.

All r great, car parking, family dining, etc..but Need to improve dining services..too much delay to take order...

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered cake for my son birthday and they not even provided any packing while delivery. They simply delivered as open and it is full of dust and dirt all around the cake

Nowadays no respect for customers, they are treating as if we are eating for free . It seems all places tend to lose their hospitality once they become popular. Is it for me or same for everyone? Also, I want to know the price of lemon tea charged there?
