Burger King - Titusville

This Burger King in Titusville--across from Walmart was really dirty! The table we sat at was dirty, window sills had dirt and bugs, there was only one size cup lid, NO Regular coke, NO Dr. Pepper, NO condiments sitting out like most fast food places, had to ask for NAPKINS! Seriously!

You never know when they are going to be open. The fat guy that answered the door said drive thru only. He looked like he could care less if I ordered . . .. SO , , , I DIDN'T. They are across the road from a super Walmart . . . . but are totally struggling for customers . . . . while Wendys and McD's are overflowing.

Those in charge of thos franchise ought to be ashamed of themselves. This is one of the worst franchises I have ever seen. I'm here to pick up a delivery and it's been almost a 30 minute wait. The manager on duty is playing on her phone. Took one of her gloves off to text, then put the se glove back on. There is one guy doing both drove thru and front cash and can not keep up. I hope they finally take a look at this franchise or the franchise wises up and terminates some of the district managers and director of operations

Lousy, unattended service, dirty tables and sticky floor. Drink from the dispenser plain, dark colored water instead of coke. Even a simple order was messed anyway… Despite its convenient location, this restaurant is completely uninviting to visit the chain again!

These people are here! They earn high rankings here in Titusville as they run all Burger Kings I have been in the larger cities. You have my order right. They were fast. You're kind.
