Awful experience with a pick-up order! It took 40 minutes to retrieve my food, and no one would answer when I arrived. My breakfast sat on the counter by the register for 5 to 10 minutes after the employee working there saw me waiting. She mentioned that I was not as important as the dine-in guests. The food was cold and even my coffee was cold as well. The employee sarcastically wished me a good day as I was leaving, and I noticed she was close to tears. I felt mistreated and unappreciated. I expect to hear from management or I will take my business elsewhere. It's unacceptable to be treated poorly after spending money. I want a refund and for the employee to improve her customer service skills.

I ordered the country fried steak family meal. The food was lukewarm, the steak was tough, dry, and overcooked. I also ordered a salad, but it was soggy and tasted spoiled. I was very disappointed with my meal. I paid $32.00 and left a $3.00 tip.

I picked up an order today from the location reynolds road in toledo, oh at 11:40 clock. I ordered online for the order pickup. the order should be finished at 11:25. I came there at 11:20 and called. Nobody answered the phone. I went in at 11:40. I waited 5 minutes in register. three different men went from me and did not recognize me. finally asked a heavier set hispanic girl what I needed. I told her I had a warrant and I've been waiting for 20 minutes outside and nobody would answer the phone. my order sat next to the register and she hit it down and went away. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. that was cold. also I left a tip when I ordered online. for what?

There was only one server working and she did an excellent job.

The staff are nice. However, when I told the waitress my potatoes where hard and my eggs needed to cook a lil longer her reply was I'm sorry about that . I thought she would have taken the items to the kitchen to be cooked a little longer. Then I had to asked if they had any flavored coffee creamer so came back yo the table with French vanilla. I feel like this should have been offer when I ordered coffee. When the waitress brought the check she didn't adjust it for the undercooked items. Nevertheless everything else was good.
