Feedback gevenFound this piece of plastic while chewing on a bite of a burger. Been coming here for years and never had an issue, has always been great. This is either someone broke something while the food was out and didn't check the food or it was intentional. Either way that is very dangerous.
3/26/24 12:20pmPulled into drive-thru for lunch. The guy in front of me ordered and just sat there for a couple of minutes after being directed to pull forward. I wasn 't too irritated by it bc stuff happens. When I pulled up after ordering,I couldn 't get to the window bc his car was not pulled all the way up to the order pickup area. I sat there for 4 minutes and asked a car hop who walked by if he was broke down. She said, No, he just can 't read the sign and she went inside. No one said anything to him so I left and went to Arby 's. They should value their customers enough to take care of business.I won 't be back and, if this is the norm for this location, they 're rating is going to continue to fall like Sonic on 249 Spring Cypress has (2.7? .
Ordered the double, double cheeseburger. It had so much mustard on it I had to wipe some of it off to be able to eat it and all I could taste was mustard. Wouldn't order again.
Typical sonic experience. However I would advise against using the app, they seem to make it take longer when you use the app. I have tried several times and found myself waiting over 20 minutes for my food to be ready. As well as they don't tell you when it's actually on the way. The screen will say that a car hop is on the way with your food. But then you'll sit there for a other 5-10 minutes before they actually bring it out. Food is good as usual and service wasn't terrible. My only recommendation is to use the drive though or a stall. There is NO point in ordering ahead through the app.
HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!! they will make you wait over 40 min in line and tell you they ran out of whatever you order! Never have anything in stock either.
