Papa John's Pizza - Torfaen

Order at 4:22 (after the e-mail reception) not yet arrived at 5:15. when I called to check the order, it was told me it was on the road, it went about 10 minutes ago. when the command finally arrived, everything had to be microwaves. will never want to be low or for this training.

Ordered food at 17:15, called them at 18:45 to see where our food was, they said a driver had already called which unless she was a ninja would be impossible with a drive light and a dog that goes crazy barking when someone knocks the...door ( guarding his house ) Then we were told it would be delivered in 1015 mins.... Never showed up until 19:30 at which point the pizza was soggy cold and unfit to eat, the driver was very rude, a male this time proper attitude on him, its not my fault its cold and its probably the pizza from 2 hours ago... Lovely comments, nice chap Told him to take his pizza and get outta here sharpish and called a manager who's said she'd look into it.... Pigs will fly they do. Will never order from them again. Highly unreccommended. If I could minus star then I would give a 3*

Granted this was the first time having a Papa Johns from Cwmbran and I compared it to a Papa Johns in Devon. And it was on Boxing Day as they opened and the first one in the shop. The pizza itself was a good pizza,...that is if I'd ordered just cheese and tomato topping. As it was meant to have toppings on the two pizzas this is where the disappointment came in, there was hardly any topping on either of them. Yes i'm one of those sad, weird people who likes sweetcorn and pineapple but I'm not sad enough to deliberately count the topping on each slice, yet it was that sparse that I can tell you that there was two pieces of pineapple per piece and 7 sweetcorn on average!! The other pizza had a bit more topping on that, however the other half isn't dull and made sure that it was a topping I hate so there was no pity sharing there. This isn't to say I won't use them again, maybe in a year or two but I'll make sure I have a reserve topping in my house.

After being a massive dominos fan for years it was very hard to change after moving to Cwmbran and having a few awful experiences from dominos next door. My husband and I put our familys orders in and off we popped to Morrison's. 20mins later...i went back in to collect. I noticed the lad by himself maning the online orders, making pizza, watching the ovens, but still found time to acknowledge me whilst ensuring his hygiene was on point. Being a fussy person and and a assistant manager of a restaurant i look for these things i cant help myself . On returning to the car i said to my husband if this food tastes awesome im writing a review. So as im giving feed back yes we loved our food well done to the lad working keep up the good work im sure your manager appricates your fantastic service!

Had Hawaiian, not enough pineapple to have a piece on each slice, so someone had to have a cheese and tomatoes slice with 1 piece of boiling bacon, not ham. Had garden party, asked for extra mushrooms. Again not enough mushrooms for each slice, even...with paying for extra. Asked for buffalo dip, had 5 garlic dips. Also was half an hour late. I phoned to complain and they brought another Hawaiian but was exactly the same. We will not ever order again from pappa John's, extremely disappointed
