A fabulous experience, recommended to those who have some extra vintage. Before 25 maybe you don't fully appreciate it. The staff, young and kind boys, guides you in this experience. Eating, even in the 'base' version has amazed me for quantity and quality (it was considered that the aperitif is to be enjoyed by boat). The boy who tricked us was nice, not intrusive but on the final held us company conversando. Definitely to repeat. A different thing in a city that can be valued more, a great step in this direction.
