The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Nicholas in particular is great! He was so attentive and very nice. They have a DJ on Friday nights so the music is really great too!

Went in during lunch and was served in a timely manner which is great when you are on a lunch break from work. Vasile (sp? Served us and made the occasion pleasant. The burger was absolutely delicious. Juicy and flavourful. Will definitely return.

Jack Astor's Bar Grill in North York exceeded our expectations. Manager Kyle and our attentive server, Brooklyn, played an integral role in creating a fantastic dining experience. This place is empty and for good reason. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced. Never in my life have I wanted so badly to tip someone 0 dollars... It took 10 minutes to get sat down even though the place was empty, I had begun to think I was invisible. When we finally got our food, the chicken tenders were FREEZING COLD. Is the heat lamp broken? We ended up spending 3 hours there because it took our waitress 30/40 minutes between each request. Go to another location if you must!!
