I went to this restaurant with a friend for lunch. When we walked in, the woman at the counter yelled at my friend to ask if we were eating in or taking out, which was not very welcoming. I ordered a turkey sandwich on a poppy seed bagel, while my friend got eggs with a poppy seed bagel and avocado on the side. Unfortunately, both our bagels were extremely hard and mine was burnt. We couldn't even eat them. Additionally, my friend had to remind the server about the avocado that was missing from her order. The turkey in my sandwich was not fresh or oven roasted, but rather a thin slice of processed meat from a store. On top of all this, the food was expensive. This franchise seems poorly managed with no quality control, serving low-quality food and providing rude service. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Customer service is the worst, I have ever experienced in Canada since 2001. Both of the women there have terrible attitude towards me and other customers. I said good morning everytime and they totally ignored it. Many other complaints I can give. The cook is polite and the owner also. The food is delicious that's why I order there.

The quality is excellent, but the bagels are very small.

The bagels at this restaurant are fantastic and the service is exceptional.
