Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

The Swiss Chalet is my go-to restaurant. There are plenty of seating options, the service is top-notch, and the food is served quickly and always fresh. I always order the quarter chicken with a side of salad or fries.

Met three friends for dinner, the server brought menus took our drink orders, we asked for water and decaf coffee, we were told she would have to make a fresh pot. We waited for quite a while then we hailed another server, she brought us our water and said the coffee was being made. Finally the first server came with our coffee and took our orders!! When our orders arrived there was a mistake in one of the orders and another had to wait for her soup. This server was not personable at all! Would not recommend at all.

Nice place to go for a chicken meal, service with a smile, and fast. We had a quarter of a chicken with fries, made fresh and as always good.The only problem with this location is parking your car,not much parking available, you need to find a spot where you can park.

I hade never been to a Swiss Chalet and decided to give it a try. The restaurant in Bloor and Spadina is small, can fir maybe 5 people seated. The staff seem kind of bored and the food ordered was okay but lacked wow factor. There are other places in this area that would float my boat, but Swiss just doesn't do it for me.

Parking is a little tricky, I have a van and parked in the lot to the right of it. When it was time to leave I had to do a 900 point turn to get out. The service was decent - nothing amazing but ok, she could have come back to check on us, once the food was dropped off we didn't see her for an hour. We were catching up with old friends so possibly she just didn't want to interrupt us. The food was great and the portions were about double what we got from the dundas/shorncliffe location last week. They still do the little water lemon bowls at the end of the meal, the past few chalets I've been to don't do it. From now on this is the only location in Toronto I'll go back to
